A. We would be grateful if you could provide food and non-alcoholic drinks for the band members. While this isn’t contractual, it helps keep them refreshed and energised between each performance. Additionally, please ensure each musician has a parking space as close to the venue as possible. This will enable a quick load-in and soundcheck.
Q. When should we book?
A. To secure your preferred act, we recommend booking as soon as possible - ideally 12 to 18 months in advance. Booking early avoids any last-minute issues or compromises and guarantees your entertainment is set in stone well before your special day.
Q. Are we allowed to pick the setlist?
A. Unfortunately, clients can’t choose the band’s live setlist. Our musicians draw on their experience to create a set that enhances the overall atmosphere. This ensures the dance floor stays lively and engaging throughout the night.
Q. How do I book one of your wedding bands in Dorset?
A. Booking through FPM Music Management is straightforward. Simply sign the contract and pay the management fee to lock in your date. We’ll then contact you five weeks before your event to finalise details and request the remaining balance, which is due 28 days before the wedding. Once that’s taken care of, you can relax and leave the rest to us.
